Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating them
  • Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set guest expectations accurately
  • Introduce servers to guests to ensure seamless transition and service
  • Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points to maintain a hygienic environment
  • Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
  • Maintain an organized seating arrangement to optimize restaurant flow
  • Assist with managing guest inquiries and special requests
