Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating them
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set guest expectations accurately
- Introduce servers to guests to ensure seamless transition and service
- Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points to maintain a hygienic environment
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Maintain an organized seating arrangement to optimize restaurant flow
- Assist with managing guest inquiries and special requests
