Job Duties
- Greets and seats all guests in a friendly manner
- assists in maintaining the overall guest flow
- ensures seating service is rotated among server area assignments
- opens doors for arriving and departing guests
- remains visible in the front of house and faces main entrance
- occasionally delivers food and drinks when extra assistance is needed
- interacts verbally with guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- completes assigned opening and closing side work
- participates in clearing and resetting of dining tables using team delivery standards
- observes guests and responds to requests
- maintains a clean and organized work area
- explains and demonstrates usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices to guests
- drives sales with suggestive selling
- accommodates special needs such as booster chairs and high chairs
- manages waitlist during busy times
- occasionally serves guests in Carside To-Go or Server roles
- fills out feature documents
- assists in general front of house maintenance including maintaining restrooms, light cleaning, washing windows, rotating sani-buckets, setting up expo line, emptying trash, rolling silverware, and maintaining restaurant curb appeal
