Job Requirements
- 16 plus years old
- prior work experience preferred
- reliable transportation required
- ability to wipe down table tops table legs pick up debris off of the floor and wipe down booth seats
- ability to transport plates glasses and baskets to and from service bar and kitchen repeatedly
- mobility required during entire shift
- ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to four hours
- good sense of balance and ability to reach bend stoop kneel frequently lift busing pans and trays frequently weighing 25 pounds
- ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and coworkers
- ability to transport and carry objects such as high chairs up to 15 pounds
- ability to communicate effectively in person and via technology

Job Duties
- Greets and seats all guests in a friendly manner
- assists in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant
- ensures seating service is rotated among server area assignments
- opens doors for arriving and departing guests
- remains visible in the front of house and faces the main entrance
- occasionally delivers food and drinks to guests when extra assistance is needed
- interacts verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- completes assigned opening and closing side work
- participates in the clearing and resetting of dining tables using team delivery
- observes guests, responds to requests, and anticipates guests' needs
- maintains a clean and organized work station
- explains and demonstrates usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices to guests
- drives sales with suggestive selling
- accommodates special needs such as booster chairs and high chairs
- manages the waitlist during busy periods
- may be scheduled to serve guests in Carside To-Go or Server To-Go roles
- fills out feature adjustment forms
- assists in front of house maintenance including restroom cleaning, dusting, window washing, sanci-bucket rotation, expo line setup, trash emptying, silverware rolling, and maintaining restaurant curb appeal
- operates phone, soda fountain, cleaning tools and Tabletop Electronic Devices
