Job Duties
- Assist in planning and preparing menu options including hot and cold entrees for patients cafeteria and catering
- Set up and maintain serving line in a timely manner ensuring proper stock of menu options service ware and temperatures are within acceptable ranges
- Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment including dishwasher conventional stove cooler ice maker etc in a clean efficient and safe manner
- Maintain cafeteria sitting rooms and beverage areas to ensure neatness and sanitization
- Ensure proper logging charting production sheets and other documentation is adhered to for food safety and sanitation requirements
- Maintain and adhere to all sanitation standards
- Perform other duties assigned within Food and Nutrition Services
