Job Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to read and interpret restaurant seating charts
- Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner

- Basic cash handling skills knowledge
Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them at an appropriate table
- Record customer reservations or seating times accurately
- Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
- Properly set up and maintain dining room areas before service
- Assist with stocking roll up silverware for shifts
- Advise guests on menus and beverage choices using in-depth knowledge
- Oversee the delivery and servicing of food and beverages
- Liaise between kitchen and floor staff to ensure guest experience quality
- Perform cashier and bus person tasks as needed
- Follow cash handling policies and maintain cash security
- Patrol assigned station refilling water and coffee and removing service items
- Perform additional duties as assigned during downtime such as rolling silverware and expediting orders
