Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Ability to greet and engage guests professionally
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and twist as required
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and seating them appropriately
  • Recording customer reservations and seating times
  • Maintaining and updating seating charts
  • Setting up and maintaining dining room areas
  • Assisting with silverware stock
  • Advising guests on menu and beverage choices
  • Overseeing food and beverage delivery
  • Liaising between kitchen and floor staff to maintain standards
  • Performing cashier or bus person tasks as needed
  • Following cash handling policies and securing cash
  • Patrolling assigned station to refill and remove items
  • Performing team duties such as rolling silverware, expediting orders, washing dishes, preparing to-go food, and cleaning condiments
