Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to greet and engage guests professionally
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and twist as required
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents

Job Duties
- Greeting guests and seating them appropriately
- Recording customer reservations and seating times
- Maintaining and updating seating charts
- Setting up and maintaining dining room areas
- Assisting with silverware stock
- Advising guests on menu and beverage choices
- Overseeing food and beverage delivery
- Liaising between kitchen and floor staff to maintain standards
- Performing cashier or bus person tasks as needed
- Following cash handling policies and securing cash
- Patrolling assigned station to refill and remove items
- Performing team duties such as rolling silverware, expediting orders, washing dishes, preparing to-go food, and cleaning condiments
