Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand walk bend crouch kneel and reach for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift carry push and pull up to 30 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Previous host experience in a high-volume environment preferred
- Previous guest service experience
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent communication organization and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide accurate wait times
- Monitor waiting lists and escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas while explaining PopStroke mobile ordering concept
- Maintain a clean host area and answer incoming calls and address guests' queries
- Assist with ensuring the cleanliness of all restaurant areas including the gaming areas and restrooms
- Restock service stations and restrooms
- Assist the food and beverage staff as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a memorable experience for all guests
- Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding the venue pricing menu and other information in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain the host area fully stocked and clean
- Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment
- Other duties as assigned
