Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and twist during shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak, read, and understand instructions
- Customer service orientation
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to perform various duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States

- Cash handling experience preferred

- Ability to read and interpret seating charts
- Friendly and enthusiastic communication skills

- Basic comprehension of written and spoken English
Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
- Record customer reservations and seating times accurately
- Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
- Assist with setup and maintenance of dining areas
- Manage roll up silverware stock for shifts
- Advise guests on menu and beverage options
- Liaise between kitchen and floor staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform cashier and busser duties as needed
- Follow cash handling policies
- Refill water and coffee
- Remove service items and condiments
- Assist with expediting food orders and cleaning
- Prepare to-go orders and clean table condiments
