Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
  • Record customer reservations and update seating charts
  • Set up and maintain dining room areas before service
  • Assist with stocking silverware and table condiments
  • Liaise between kitchen and floor staff to ensure quality service
  • Perform cashier duties and cash handling in compliance with company policies
  • Patrol assigned station to refill drinks and clean service areas
