Job Qualifications

- prior customer service experience preferred
- basic cash handling experience preferred

Job Duties
- Maintains consistent attention to the entrance and greets guests with a smile
- records customer reservations and seating times
- updates and manages restaurant seating charts
- sets up and maintains dining areas before service
- assists with stocking silverware for shifts
- seats guests and advises on menu and beverage choices
- oversees food and beverage delivery and service
- liaises between kitchen and floor staff to ensure quality
- performs cashier and bus person duties as needed including cashing out guests
- follows cash handling policies and maintains cash security
- patrols assigned station, refilling drinks and removing service items
- performs various support tasks during downtime such as rolling silverware, expediting orders, washing dishes, preparing to-go food, and cleaning condiment stations
