- Understanding and appreciation of aloha spirit and cultural sensitivity
Job Duties
- Exemplifies the image of aloha while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures
- Maintain the club lounge setup and breakdown at designated service periods
- Help with food and beverage staging and presentation
- Clear and reset tables promptly between guest seatings to maintain a clean, welcoming, and seamless dining experience
- Work flexible days and shifts with a strong service oriented attitude
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance guest satisfaction
- Uphold company standards and contribute positively to the workplace environment
