Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests, organize the wait list, and seat servers to increase guest counts and nightly sales
- answer the phone, process takeout orders and graciously answer any guest questions
- have solid menu knowledge for takeout service
- communicate effectively to guests, servers and management
- keep your work area clean and sanitized at all times
- maintain consistent attention on ways to use guest information from previous visits to provide the best service possible
- assist the FOH by clearing, sanitizing and resetting tables in between services
