Job Requirements

- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Work well as a team and have excellent communication skills
- Have a natural ability to make people feel welcome, comfortable and taken care of
- The ability to maintain a level of composure and grace under fire
- Someone confident who isn't afraid to jump in and help where needed
- See what needs to be done and lend a hand in making it happen

Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables quickly and accurately
- Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- Assist the wait staff with table clearing and setting
- Act as the final check on all dishes to ensure food is served in accordance with plate presentations and guest modifications including special requests and allergies
- Communicate any guest requests to the appropriate server if it is not a request that you can fulfill yourself
- Refill guests' water glasses as needed
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils
- Inform restaurant staff about customers' feedback or requests
