Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth and hospitality
- manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- deliver food and drinks to tables
- assist servers when needed
- clear and reset tables quickly and neatly
- answer phones and assist with takeout orders
- keep the host stand, entryway, and service areas clean and organized
- help ensure each guest has a comfortable, enjoyable experience
