Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 or older previous restaurant experience preferred for hosts and support staff flexible availability excellent hospitality skills ability to multi task and remain gracious in a dynamic and busy environment must be available to work lunch and dinner shifts

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred excellent hospitality skills ability to multi task and remain gracious under pressure solid menu knowledge strong communication and interpersonal skills ability to work flexible hours including lunch and dinner shifts

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome guests organize the wait list and seat servers to manage workload effectively
  • answer the phone process takeout orders and respond to guest questions courteously
  • maintain solid menu knowledge for efficient takeout service
  • communicate wait times to guests and coordinate server sections accurately
  • keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
  • assist servers and bartenders as needed
  • clear sanitize and reset tables between services
  • deliver water to guests upon arrival
  • organize food on the hot line and deliver completed orders to guests
  • ensure quality control of all plates prior to serving
  • act as liaison for guest requests or feedback with servers and bartenders
