The successful candidate will be the face of our restaurant, greeting guests promptly and courteously, managing seating arrangements efficiently using our floor chart and wait list, and handling all incoming calls with professionalism. Additionally, this role requires full proficiency with the menu to assist guests placing To-Go orders accurately and facilitate timely delivery. The ability to assist dining room staff when needed adds an essential support dimension, fostering a cooperative work environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service role

Job Duties

  • Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival
  • seat guests in an efficient manner utilizing the floor chart and wait sheet
  • handle all incoming calls in the appropriate manner
  • assist dining room staff whenever possible
  • have full menu knowledge to accurately and professionally assist guests with To-Go orders
  • manage the efficient and timely delivery of the guests' To-Go order
