Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role
- ability to communicate clearly and politely
- basic knowledge of food safety and handling
- ability to work on feet for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival
- seat guests in an efficient manner utilizing the floor chart and wait sheet
- handle all incoming calls in the appropriate manner
- assist dining room staff whenever possible
- have full menu knowledge to accurately and professionally assist guests with To-Go orders
- manage the efficient and timely delivery of the guests' To-Go order
