Job Duties
- Responsible for making a great first impression with a warm greeting and smile
- Seating membership in the dining room, and leaving a lasting impression as they leave
- Answers incoming calls and transfers the person to another area in the club
- Assesses needs of members and guests and refers them to the appropriate services available
- Takes lunch and dinner reservations for the dining rooms
- Takes special event reservations and keeps the reservation book updated and organized
- Communicates to membership via email and telephone
- Ensures all food and wine menus are current and ready to be distributed to the members/guests
- Updates members on current events and stays up-to-date on activities throughout the club
