Job Requirements
- Minimum one year hosting experience in an upscale casual atmosphere
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including dinner hours and weekend brunch
- Must be personable and guest-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage the seating arrangement efficiently
- Handle reservations and waitlists accurately using the reservation system
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Maintain the hostess stand area clean and organized
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Facilitate seamless guest flow and wait time management
