Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
- escort guests to their tables while maintaining smooth flow of seating
- manage waitlists and communicate wait times accurately
- coordinate with kitchen and service staff to optimize guest experience
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- handle guest concerns with professionalism and grace
