- San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card
- Responsible Beverage Service Training and Certificate issued by California Alcohol Beverage Control
- State issued driver’s license or identification card
- Social security card
- State sexual harassment training and certification
- Able to work part time with flexible schedules

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly with a smile and display care and concern for guests needs
- Assign tables and manage seating using the Table Management system
- Answer the house phone and respond to general business questions
- Quote accurate seating times and manage reservations
- Monitor the dining floor and assess seating and dining flow
- Assist with placing, packaging, and closing out to-go orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the waiting area and menus
- Perform opening, running, and closing duties as needed
- Assist co-workers with side work such as wiping tables and restocking
