Job Requirements

  • Riverside County Food Handlers Card
  • Responsible Beverage Service Training and Certificate issued by California Alcohol Beverage Control
  • State-issued driver’s license or identification card
  • Social Security card
  • State sexual harassment training and certification
  • Ability to greet and assist guests effectively
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Basic familiarity with phone and reservation systems

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly with a smile
  • Assign tables and manage seating using the Table Management system
  • Answer house phone and handle reservations
  • Monitor dining flow and seating on the restaurant floor
  • Assist with placing, packaging, and closing out To-Go orders
  • Keep the waiting area clean and presentable
  • Maintain menu presentation by cleaning and replacing menus
  • Perform opening, running, and closing duties as required
  • Assist co-workers with side work including wiping down tables and restocking
