Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Engage in polite conversation while introducing guests to their servers
- Manage the restaurant waiting list efficiently during high volume periods
- Set accurate guest expectations to enhance their dining experience
- Thank guests genuinely as they leave and invite them to return
- Regularly clean and sanitize guest touch points and waiting areas
- Support smooth dining room flow and assist as needed
