Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic sanitation and cleanliness awareness
- Reliable and punctual
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage restaurant waiting list and accurately set guest expectations during high volume periods
- Engage guests in polite and welcoming conversation
- Introduce guests to their assigned server to ensure smooth service transition
- Ensure guest touch points and seating areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient host station
