Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and engage in friendly conversation when seating them
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to set guest expectations accurately
- Introduce guests to their servers to create a seamless transition
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Ensure that guest touch points throughout the restaurant are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Assist in maintaining a comfortable and welcoming dining atmosphere
- Support team members during busy periods to enhance overall guest service
