Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in shifts including mornings, evenings, days, and nights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to manage stressful, high-volume environments
- Must be able to work in person

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome at the door
- Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
- Introduce guests to their server
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to accurately set guest expectations
- Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times
