Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in a high-volume operation preferred
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Able to work on a POS system
- Able to count cash
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Must be able to reach above and below the shoulder, grip small items
- Must be able to bend, stoop and twist while carrying restaurant stock
- Must be able to stand and walk up to four hours
- Must be able to use hand motions when cleaning and wiping menus and tabletops
- Must be able to tolerate industry standard chemicals used for cleaning and sanitizing
- Able to tolerate noise and bright lights
- Able to work at a fast pace in an often crowded/noisy environment
- Must maintain a neat, well-groomed, professional appearance and uphold company standards
- Must maintain good posture and poise throughout shift
- Physically mobile including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing duties

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and staff
- Greet and welcome each guest entering the restaurant
- Seat guests according to specified rotation requirements
- Maintain proper seating and reservation documentation
- Monitor restaurant for table availability
- Keep designated working area clean and organized, assist in maintaining cleanliness of dining room and cashiering area
- Assist servers and bussers with duties such as refilling water glasses and coffee cups, pre-bussing and bussing tables, attending to guest needs
- Complete all assigned closing duties at end of shift
- Know and promote current casino events and programs and provide guests with directions to casino areas
- Thank customers, invite them back, wish them luck and facilitate easy return to play
