Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests
- greet and make each guest sitting at the bar feel welcome
- take initial food and drink orders in a timely and accurate manner
- deliver food and drink in a timely manner
- efficiently and accurately tender all transactions in accordance with island View Casino's standard operating procedures
- maintain an accurate knowledge of the menu and all specials and seasonal items
- maintain a positive and professional working relationship with fellow employees
