Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with warmth, ensuring timely seating and special requests are met
- Manage the flow of the dining room, rotating servers and keeping tables turning
- Clear and reset tables quickly, keeping the dining room ready for the next group
- Support servers, pitching in to keep the team shining
- Own food safety and sanitation, keeping the dining room, lobby, restrooms, and patio spotless
- Handle reservations with precision, ensuring every detail is perfect
- Jump into other tasks as needed, bringing your energy to every corner of the dining room
