- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with warmth ensuring timely seating and special requests are met
- Manage the flow of the dining room rotating servers and keeping tables turning
- Clear and reset tables quickly keeping the dining room ready for the next group
- Support servers pitching in to keep the team shining
- Own food safety and sanitation keeping the dining room lobby restrooms and patio spotless
- Handle reservations with precision ensuring every detail is perfect
- Jump into other tasks as needed bringing your energy to every corner of the dining room
