Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
- Manage seating chart and waitlist efficiently, seating guests promptly and balancing server sections
- Answer phones and provide accurate information about the menu, hours, and specials
- Maintain the host stand, waiting area, and entryway clean, organized, and inviting
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Politely address guest inquiries and handle minor concerns with a solution-oriented approach
- Assist bussers with light table clearing or setting as needed
