Job Duties

  • Greet every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
  • Manage seating chart and waitlist efficiently, seating guests promptly and balancing server sections
  • Answer phones and provide accurate information about the menu, hours, and specials
  • Maintain the host stand, waiting area, and entryway clean, organized, and inviting
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus
  • Politely address guest inquiries and handle minor concerns with a solution-oriented approach
  • Assist bussers with light table clearing or setting as needed
