Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
- Manage seating chart and waitlist efficiently
- Ensure guests are seated promptly and balance server sections
- Answer phones and provide accurate information about menu and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and entryway
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Address guest inquiries and handle minor concerns with grace
- Assist bussers with light table clearing or setting
- Communicate proactively with servers and management regarding table availability
