Job Duties
- Greeting every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
- Managing the seating chart and waitlist efficiently
- Escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus
- Answering phones and providing accurate information about the menu and specials
- Maintaining the host stand, waiting area, and entryway clean and organized
- Addressing guest inquiries and handling minor concerns politely
- Assisting bussers with light table clearing or setting as needed
- Observing the dining room and communicating with servers and management regarding table availability and guest flow
