Job Duties

  • Greeting every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
  • Managing the seating chart and waitlist efficiently
  • Escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus
  • Answering phones and providing accurate information about the menu and specials
  • Maintaining the host stand, waiting area, and entryway clean and organized
  • Addressing guest inquiries and handling minor concerns politely
  • Assisting bussers with light table clearing or setting as needed
  • Observing the dining room and communicating with servers and management regarding table availability and guest flow
