Job Duties

  • Greeting every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
  • managing seating chart and waitlist efficiently
  • answering phones and providing accurate information about menu, hours, and specials
  • maintaining the host stand, waiting area, and entryway clean, organized, and inviting
  • escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus
  • addressing guest inquiries and handling minor concerns with grace
  • assisting bussers with light table clearing or setting
  • observing the dining room and communicating with servers and management about table availability and guest flow
