Job Duties
- Greeting every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
- managing seating chart and waitlist efficiently
- answering phones and providing accurate information about menu, hours, and specials
- maintaining the host stand, waiting area, and entryway clean, organized, and inviting
- escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus
- addressing guest inquiries and handling minor concerns with grace
- assisting bussers with light table clearing or setting
- observing the dining room and communicating with servers and management about table availability and guest flow
