Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a host or hostess role preferred but not required
- ability to work early morning and daytime shifts
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greeting every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
- managing seating chart and waitlist efficiently
- answering phones and providing accurate menu and specials information
- maintaining host stand, waiting area, and entryway cleanliness and organization
- escorting guests to tables and presenting menus
- addressing guest inquiries and minor concerns politely and professionally
- assisting bussers with light table clearing or setting
- observing dining room and communicating with servers and management about table availability and guest flow
