Job Duties

  • Greeting every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
  • managing seating chart and waitlist efficiently
  • answering phones and providing accurate menu and specials information
  • maintaining host stand, waiting area, and entryway cleanliness and organization
  • escorting guests to tables and presenting menus
  • addressing guest inquiries and minor concerns politely and professionally
  • assisting bussers with light table clearing or setting
  • observing dining room and communicating with servers and management about table availability and guest flow
