Job Duties
- greet every guest warmly and make them feel welcomed
- manage seating chart and waitlist efficiently
- seat guests promptly and balance server sections
- answer phones and provide accurate menu information
- maintain cleanliness and organization at host stand and entryway
- escort guests to their tables and present menus
- address guest inquiries and minor concerns politely
- assist bussers with light table clearing or setting
- observe dining room flow and communicate with servers and management
