Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a host or hostess role is a plus but not required
exceptional interpersonal skills
ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
availability for early morning and daytime shifts
ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

Greeting every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
managing the seating chart and waitlist efficiently
answering phones and providing accurate information about the menu, hours, and specials
maintaining the host stand, waiting area, and entryway clean and organized
escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus
addressing guest inquiries and handling minor concerns politely
assisting bussers with light table clearing or setting as needed
