Job Duties

Greet every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
manage seating chart and waitlist efficiently to ensure prompt seating
answer phones and provide accurate information about menu, hours, and specials
maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand, waiting area, and entryway
escort guests to their tables and present menus
address guest inquiries and minor concerns politely and effectively
assist bussers with light table clearing and setting as needed
observe dining room and communicate with servers and management regarding table availability and guest flow
