Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
- manage seating chart and waitlist efficiently to ensure prompt seating
- answer phones and provide accurate information about menu, hours, and specials
- maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand, waiting area, and entryway
- escort guests to their tables and present menus
- address guest inquiries and minor concerns politely and effectively
- assist bussers with light table clearing and setting as needed
- observe dining room and communicate with servers and management regarding table availability and guest flow
