Job Duties
- Provide personalized guest services to enhance the coastal luxury experience
- Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the resort
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery
- Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain safety and quality standards
- Participate in employee recognition programs and strive for continuous improvement in service
- Support special events and activities coordinated by the resort
