Job Duties
- Receives/meets guests, inspects, and maintains order and cleanliness of area
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and positive manner as required
- Checks function sheets and reservations daily against room set-up and employee schedule
- Ensure appearance of personnel and cleanliness in all service areas is up to standard
- Assist dining room managers/front of the house managers with training of dining room staff and ongoing training as assigned
- Assist managers and staff with set up and prep of dining room areas, functions for service and events
- Review "specials" and conduct a daily/nightly meeting with waitresses, waiters and bus staff
- Works with Clubhouse Managers and Dining Room/front of the house managers on employee policies and procedures
- Implements bar policies and food service policies assuring standard procedures are followed at all times
- Handles member complaints and reports the problem to manager on duty to prevent reoccurrence
- Assists with recruitment, training, and attitude of employees
- Perform any duties and/or tasks that may be assigned
