SanTan Brewing Company is a renowned craft brewery and hospitality establishment located in Chandler, AZ, a key part of the Phoenix metropolitan area's vibrant East Valley. Established in 2007, SanTan Brewing Company began its journey in downtown Chandler, where it still operates a 15-barrel brewery and restaurant that serves as a community gathering spot and a hub for craft beer enthusiasts. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a support role such as host, expeditor, server assistant, or bar back
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well within a team
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs repeatedly and safely above waist-level
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions
Job Qualifications
- Have excelled as a host, expeditor, or server assistant/bar back at a neighborhood family style restaurant/bar for at least 1 year (not night clubs or resorts)
- Have a great attitude
- Have an outgoing personality and desire to be a phenomenal teammate
- Be hard working & productive
- Be passionate about customer service & craft beer
- Be flexible with open weekend availability
- Will love to learn and have fun while creating a safe and positive work environment for guests and employees alike
Job Duties
- Uphold company values, abide by company policies, procedures and promote a safe, positive work environment at all times
- Act as an extension of the serving staff ensuring proper cleanup after guests, opening and closing duties, and maintaining cleanliness of all work areas
- Work weekends and holidays
- Maintain a high level of floor awareness during shift so that you may be able find all areas that require extra support to coworkers
- Follow all required safety and standard operating procedures
- Request real time help from supervisors or other managers when needed
- Communicate and treat fellow co-workers and other members of the SanTan team with respect
- Adhere to a "Safety Always" mindset and comply with safety policies & programs
- Approach every task with quality in mind, paying attention to detail & accuracy
