Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication skills
- ability to greet guests warmly and professionally
- experience with seating chart management preferred
- ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints diplomatically
- maintain professional personal appearance standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- knowledge of reservation and seating management systems is a plus
Job Duties
- greet each guest warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant
- provide assistance with seating arrangements and manage reservations
- maintain an organized and accurate seating chart
- ensure guests are seated in a timely manner and according to server rotation
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the restaurant
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance, host stand, and waiting area
- address guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant services
- handle any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- treat all co-workers with respect and follow all critical policies including integrity, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
