Job Requirements
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience required
- Host/hostess experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a pleasant, professional phone voice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed during busy periods
- Proficiency in English to communicate with guests and staff
- Ability to move through crowded spaces while escorting guests
- Knowledge of proper etiquette and guest service standards
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests as they arrive and check for reservations or log walk-ins
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus and wine lists, and introduce the assigned server
- Manage the flow of seating to ensure even distribution and timely service
- Receive, record, and organize reservations and special requests
- Answer phones promptly and courteously, using proper greeting and communication standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
- Assist with coat check and validate guest parking
- Support servers and bussers by assisting as needed to ensure seamless service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
