Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to manage multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with reservation management systems such as Opentable
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions
- Adherence to company policies including cash handling and telephone etiquette
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the venue
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Answer telephone and address customer queries
- Process and track reservations in Opentable according to established procedures
- Escort guests to assigned dining tables
- Seat guests based on their preferences and balance customer flow in service stations
- Offer guests menus and inform them of their server's name upon seating
- Inspect tables for proper presentation and completeness
- Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Cater to guests requiring extra attention such as children or elderly
- Control the volume of the restaurant and enforce social distancing among waiting guests
- Inspect and maintain daily menus to ensure quality and appearance
- Process and handle all take-out and delivery food orders following established procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head
