Job Duties

Primarily greet and welcome guests in a positive and professional manner
manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space and minimize wait times
escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring timely and courteous seating
handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently
manage reservations including new bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and updating seating charts
work as a team and effectively communicate with management, bartenders, and service staff
deliver on guests' expectations and aim to create WOW moments
perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
