Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
- Manage the seating chart and waitlist efficiently to seat guests promptly
- Answer phones and provide accurate information about menu, hours, and specials
- Maintain the host stand, waiting area, and entryway clean and organized
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Address guest inquiries and handle minor concerns politely and professionally
- Assist bussers with light table clearing or setting
- Communicate proactively with servers and management about table availability and guest flow
