Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months customer service, hotel or restaurant experience preferred
  • Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods on hard surfaces
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally push a cart weighing up to 200 pounds
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to use a computer system such as Micros
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Must be well groomed and have excellent personal appearance
  • Must be able to work without constant supervision
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months customer service, hotel or restaurant experience preferred
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English at an advanced level
  • Must be well groomed and have excellent personal appearance
  • Must be able to apply commonsense understanding in carrying out instructions
  • Must be able to utilize and follow a checklist, take inventory of supplies and convey information to staff and management
  • Must be able to comply in standardized situations with only occasional or no variation
  • Must be able to work without constant supervision
  • Must be able to work well as a part of a team
  • Must be engaging with all guest throughout meal periods
  • responding to guest and team members as required

Job Duties

  • Greet all guest with a warm welcome as they enter the dining area
  • Maintain awareness of guest needs and demeanor while waiting
  • Seat guests by request or assigned table section rotation
  • Assist with the set up and cleanliness of the restaurant adhering to brand standards at all times
  • Assist with inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day
  • Assists with clearing and set-up of tables as they are vacated
  • Restock self-service food and supplies as needed
