Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months customer service, hotel or restaurant experience preferred
- Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods on hard surfaces
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally push a cart weighing up to 200 pounds
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to use a computer system such as Micros
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be well groomed and have excellent personal appearance
- Must be able to work without constant supervision
- Must be able to work well as part of a team
Job Qualifications

- Must be able to utilize and follow a checklist, take inventory of supplies and convey information to staff and management
- Must be able to comply in standardized situations with only occasional or no variation
- Must be able to work without constant supervision
- Must be able to work well as a part of a team
- Must be engaging with all guest throughout meal periods

Job Duties
- Greet all guest with a warm welcome as they enter the dining area
- Maintain awareness of guest needs and demeanor while waiting
- Seat guests by request or assigned table section rotation
- Assist with the set up and cleanliness of the restaurant adhering to brand standards at all times
- Assist with inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day
- Assists with clearing and set-up of tables as they are vacated
- Restock self-service food and supplies as needed
