Job Requirements
- Able to answer a multi line office telephone
- keen attention to detail in order to track guest reservations
- excellent customer service skills
- friendly and outgoing personality
- experience with electronic reservation system
- follow appropriate food safety guidelines
- able to work a variety of shifts
- able to stand for long periods of time
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answer the phone and input customers orders into the computer
- Add customers and maintain the waitlist
- Greet all customers as they enter the restaurant
- Seat customers according to the established plan that ensures all waitstaff gets filled tables
- Keep front desk and waiting area clean
- Ensure takeout menus, retail items, and gift cards remain stocked
- Refill paper products in bathrooms as needed
- Help waitstaff by getting water for customers as needed
