Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
- manage the waitlist and seating chart to ensure efficient table turnover
- escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand
- buss, clean and properly reset tables
- communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth operations
- assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
- answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions
- knowledgeable in all the menus (Lunch, Dinner, Bar Beverage Menu, Kid's menu)
- help with other positions in the restaurant as needed
- most importantly, providing excellent customer service
