Job Requirements
- Willingness to work varied hours including weekends
- ability to use scanner, register, check approval machine, and coupon machine
- capability to lift, push, pull, reach, stand, and turn frequently
- occasional ability to lift over 50 lbs, squat, stoop, bend, and walk
- good judgment and decision-making skills
- effective social and verbal interaction skills
- ability to memorize and perform basic reading, writing, and math tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a team environment

- ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Make lasting connections with customers
- use proper phone etiquette when making reservations for guests
- bring guests to open tables and ensure tables are ready for guests
- assist with other restaurant duties as necessary including some heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
- work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
- be punctual and work as scheduled
- monitor restaurant conditions and determine if changes need to be made to meet guest needs
